Birthday "Cake"

Happy birthday to my awesome husband.
I could get all mushy-gushy,
but how about I just say he's rad...then move on to the cake, eh?

Wow.
So, we're addicted to a local cupcake shop.
We recently discovered their cookies too.
Amazing.

So, I thought....hum, how can I do a cookie treat for RJ's birthday?
I asked them to stack cookies and make it into a "cake".
It was so cute, and tasted even better.
